This policy explains what RedSpec collects and how it is used.
Specs you submit are sent to our generation engine to produce your tests. They are processed transiently to fulfil the request and are not used to train models. Email addresses you provide for the waitlist or account are stored to contact you about the product. Usage counters (a hashed client identifier and a monthly count) enforce the free tier.
To deliver generations, enforce plan limits, send product and billing communications, and improve the Service in aggregate.
We share data only with processors required to run the Service (LLM inference, payment processing via Razorpay/Stripe, email delivery). We do not sell personal data.
Under the DPDP Act and GDPR you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@redspec.aiskillhub.info. We delete waitlist data on request.
Submitted specs are not retained after generation. Email and billing records are kept for the life of the account plus any legally required period.
