You may cancel your RedSpec Pro subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
If RedSpec Pro did not work as described, email us within 7 days of a charge at billing@redspec.aiskillhub.info and we will issue a full refund for that billing period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The free tier is free and requires no payment, so no refund applies.
